	Chemical Brightening Dip

Our chemical brightening dip services enhance the brightness of aluminum components and improve their visual appeal. We have extensive experience in working with a wide range of aluminum, plus aluminum alloys.

This service is also provided as a brightening operation prior to anodizing. Our bright dip services, which employ phosphoric and nitric acid, will chemically smoothen the aluminum surface, making it more reflective. This type of chemical brightening operation is particularly ideal for certain alloys such as 6063, 6463, 5557, 5457, and 5357 series aluminum alloys.

Our facility is equipped with automated anodizing and treatment equipment that allows us to handle high volume as well as prototype production runs with ease. In addition, our facility is compliant with the necessary federal and state guidelines required for maintaining water quality standards. In the past, our services have been employed for applications in flashlights, racecar parts, medical parts, biking, and motor cross components.
